A Note from Fr.Vince

Peace and all good! Look around and see the lights in today’s procession and around

the altar. All of this is to remind us that Christ is the light of all nations! Let us

resolve to be light for others, manifesting the love and mercy of Christ himself in all

that we say and do. – Fr. Vince See the bulletin online at www.sanluisreyparish.org for

Fr. Vince’s complete Epiphany message.

The magi gave gifts to the baby Jesus. We too are invited to use the gifts given to us in service to the Lord. Today, may God give

us the grace to accept His invitation to embrace the Gospel more fervently and serve Him.

A Franciscan

MomentCreating community, sharing compassion,

reverencing all creation, and bringing peace are

among the core principles of a Franciscan life.

After their audience with the king they set out. And behold, the star that they

had seen at its rising preceded them, until it came and stopped over

the place where the child was. They were overjoyed at seeing the

star, and on entering the house they saw the child with Mary his mother. They prostrated themselves and

did him homage.

From Matthew 2:1-12

When God blesses you, look for ways to love, bless and serve others.

GRATITUDE IS….

Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.
