length intra operatively.

• A STL file is actually a part model which resembles

a wireframe model consisting of triangles.

• A triangular mesh is used to

represent a face or side of the

part model.

• G-code is the common name for numerical control (NC) programming language.

• Part of computer-aided engineering.

• 3D model is converted into G-Code instructions.

CONCLUSION

• This technique ensures accurate and safe

stabilization of fractures of long bones in

children.

• Short hospital stays and a rapid return to daily

activity.

• Flexible intramedullary nailing has become a

front-line treatment for certain fractures of

long bones in children.
