Many products are heated during processing or in tanks to increase their fluidity or homogeneity. It is often impossible or
problematic to transport these products between processes or through storage tanks using cumbersome(bulky) heating
methods.
Ogan industrial heated hoses and fittings, with professional production techniques, produce flexible technological
solutions to these needs. It allows the product to be transferred without condensation and crystallization, at the desired
viscosity and at the defined heat valu
The PTFE inner hose is in direct contact with the liquid or gas product to be tranferred. Teflon hoses are manufactured
from high quality PTFE material, offering very low coefficient of friction, high chemical resistance and ideal application in
the -70 ° C to 250 ° C temperature range. For high pressure heated hose applications, PTFE pressure hoses with strong
mesh technology are used. This type of hoses safely transfers the product, heated up to 500 bar pressure. The heating
element is correctly applied around the hose to provide accurate and uniform heat density at each point of the hose.
Ogan heated hoses have an integrated sensor. According to the process and preferences ; PT100, Ni120, NTC, J, K, PT1000
type heat sensors are used.
Insulation material is applied correctly in order to reduce the heat loss to the minimum and to ensure that the system
reaches the specified temperature.
The outer protective sheath, meets the static and dynamic bending requirements and ensures that the insulation
material and the heating elements remain undamaged.
The explosion pressure of all pressure hoses we use in the production of heated hoses is, 4 times the maximum working
pressure.

RB400 Series Heating hoses for robotic applications
RB400 Heating hoses for Automation Technology
It is generally used in industrial robotic bonding applications in the automotive
sector. RB400 type heated hoses provide transfer of the adhesive material
between the mastic pump and the robot tip at the defined temperature values
without deteriorating its structure.
PTFE is flexible hose suitable for high pressure and mobile working conditions
with its strong knitting technique, suitable for temperature and all chemicals
with its smooth inner structure.

2K Heated Reactor Hoses
OGAN 2K heated hoses, ensure that the chemical raw material is safely
transferred from the reactor outlet to the spray gun tip at the defined heat value.
The flexible structure provides ease of use for PUR foam and Polyurea
spray applications.
2K heated hoses are sold in 15 m sets, but also A (5 JIC Red) and B (6 JIC Blue)
15 m. lengths can be taken separately.
2K heated hoses are fully compatible with GRACO®, GUSMER®, GAMA® brands,
which are the leader in the industry.

For applications that require extensive transition,the resistanced
hoses that manufactured from T5 type metal pressure hose
offers excellent solutions in the transfer from one point to anot-
her of resin,adhesives,oil,water,paint and similar products
while maintaining their temperature.
Flexible structure allows for easy connection of large diameter.
It can be produced together with the preferred fittings.
In case of where electric heating is not possible, the pressure
hose is wraped with 4x6 PUR or steam, hot water or oil is injected
in to PTFE hose.
The analysis hoses that we produce for CO2 measurements, industrial
exhaust gases and similar applications are designed for the measurement
of gases at defined temperature values.
Thanks to the interchangeable inner tube, they are economical and
long lasting products.
OGAN heated hoses that are designed for manual applications,
even over long distances, the glue can be carried safely to the
hand gun for spray applications, the air hose, as it is transported from
the resistance zone, ensures that the adhesive coming out of the spray nozzle does not lose its temperature.

Mandatory conditions to be considered during heated hose use
- Only experienced staff should work interfere with heated hoses.Hot glue under pressure can cause serious injury.
- Hoses under risk must be checked and replaced.
- While removing the old hose ,temperature should ve below 40 C and pressure must be discharged is
controlled manner.
- If the replacement hose contains solid/frozen glue,it should be heated up to 80 C before refitting and
should be installed only after loosening the screw/fitting connections.Otherwise buckling occurs.
- Power supply is 230V 50-60Hz. Attention should be given to the protection of the cables and damaged
cables must be repaired immediately.
- There should be homogeneous diffusion of the heat in the pipe and the substanve in the hose must be
fully emulsified. Our
advice,at the first study,even though the heat reaches the desired temperature,wait for a while fort
heat evenly spread.
Sharp turns close to the cap during assembly (out of recommended
radius) disturbs the structure of PTFE hose has a risk of explosion.
The suspension of the hose should have wide radius.
Stiffer springs are recommended for this operation.
The direction of the hose should be observed during the
assembly. Otherwise,buckling happens and damages the hose
Parallel hoses assembly must have a minimum spacing of 15 cm.
Hose will get heavy due to the agent in it.Meassures should .
taken to support the sagging. (It is a common situation in manuel
k opretations)
Using a double switch during installation and
. removal,distortion and buckling of the record
should be avoided.
