“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.” Philippians 1:3

We would love to say thank you for the party, every card, every gift, every

kind word spoken to us over the few days. Thank you doesn’t seem to be

enough to really say what we feel. We love our church family. It has been a

blessing and privilege to serve along with many of you. We know God has a

call on our lives to continue to serve Him wherever we are. God has opened

some doors of service even as we were packing to move. The North American

Mission Board has identified Missouri as an area of concern because of the

unchurched people in some cities. We will also continue to be very involved

in the Honduras Mission Trip and our prayer is that it will continue to grow at

First Baptist. Our plan is to return for a short visit and to fly out with the team

July 4th, 2017 returning on the 11th. Four days later we leave for the Winston

County Mission Trip to Boaz. Then it’s back to Missouri. We love you all and

we will miss you and pray for you every day.
