Read the professor's profile thoroughly. If it is of interest to you, dig a little deeper by looking at their C.V.

When you open the file, scroll down to the Publications Section - this is great for learning what she studies in a more specific form.

Once you have generated a short list of professors you might be interested in working with, email them.
