Find a Video if WSU Doesn’t Have It

A step-by-step guide

Step 1 From the library homepage, select the Databases tab

Step 2 Select the WorldCat database. Find it in the alphabetical or drop-down lists.

Step 3 Select Advanced Search.

Step 4 Enter your search. Make sure to select title, author, or subject if necessary. Select DVD or VHS as the Format.

Step 5 Click on the title to see the full record.

Step 6 Click the Find it! button.

Step 6 This will bring up a new window. Click on More Options.

Step 6 Click to request video from WSU Interlibrary Loan.

Step 8 Enter the 14-digit code from the back of your WSU ID. Your password is your last name.

Step 9 Ensure the form is filled out correctly, then click Submit Request.

* The header says “Book ILL Request,” but you are requesting the DVD/VHS. You will receive an email from WSU Interlibrary Loan when your video comes in. You can pick it up at the Front Desk at Krueger Library.
