Graham for knowing how to do everything I could ever wish for on a computer. To Jessy and Bee for listening to me analyse

every step of the process. You are my edit buttons. To all my beautiful models and everyone else who has helped me along the way. And finally, this book is dedicated to the North East, my home from home. Thank you for giving me room to grow

“Some day you will be old enou gh to start reading fair y tales again.”

C.S. Lewis

AM not sure at what age people lose interest in fairytales. Do we reach a stage in our lives when their beauty and simplicity is no longer appealing? Perhaps it is the familiarity of the stories combined with our loss of innocence as we age that mean they no longer seem so relevant. I certainly hope that I will always appreciate them and the lessons they teach. Fashion Tales has taken influences from the worlds of art, fashion and literature and combined them in modern depictions of age old classics. I hope they remind you why you loved them so much in the first place.
