Some damage was sustained during the event and photos are included herewith. Left bank Siphon Actuator torn from mountings including deck and hand railing. Lower Piezometer pit flooded

FAIRBAIRN DAM - EMERGENCY EVENT REPORT
EAP Recommendations: This was a longer than usual event due to the protracted wet season and continuous inflows over a long period of time.
The EAP was considered adequate, with no major issues noted during the event. A review of the EAP was completed after the event and some improvements identified. These will be incorporated in the new EAP format that is currently being finalised.
