Perseverance Perseverance is steady

persistence in a course of action or a purpose. Perseverance is to keep going.

Once when I had a project to do for English I had worked really hard on it and one of the pages got deleted. I decided I wouldn’t let that affect how I did on the project and I had perseverance by retyping the page and putting it all together to complete the project.

Kindness Kindness is to be friendly.

To act kind.

A random act of kindness is when someone holds the door. My plan for a random act of kindness is helping someone who needs it. If someone in class doesn’t understand the assignment, I’ll help them with it.

Giving Your Best The values of giving your

best is knowing when your done that you did all you could. It’s knowing that you can be proud of your work because you put 100% effort into it.

I am wholehearted when I do anything because I know if I’m not then I’ll look back and think of all the things I could’ve done to make it better.

Preparing For Rain To prepare for rain is to

prepare for good or bad. It’s to be prepared for whatever happens.

I have felt that way when I first got into middle school. I didn’t know much of anyone and had all new teachers.

Impossible I am willing to

attempt the impossible in anything because once someone tells me I can’t, I want to prove I can.

Defeat While feeling defeated

it is hard to keep going because once you feel like you’re already losing you’ll think “What’s the point?”

When I do homework, sometimes when I feel that no matter what I do I’m going to get it wrong, I give up.

Criticize or Encourage? I am the type of person

to encourage someone. If they feel like they can do something, I will encourage them unless it’s dangerous.

I don’t criticize because, unless someone asks for my opinion, I don’t think I should say anything.

Choices Choices I make today

effect my future because if I make good grades now and try hard then it will reflect me in the future and help me to get into a good college. If I made bad choices now it will reflect me badly and colleges wouldn’t want me and neither would jobs.
