What is
Page?
A Facebook
Page, and
sometimes
referred to as
a "Fan Page,"
is a single
page that you
can create
of the
Facebook.com
for anything
you want
Examples:
- Celebrity Page
- Business Page
Think of it as
a one-page
meeting place,
with information,
links, images,
posts,
message forum
box, comments, videos, survey
and anything
else you
want.
Best yet,
anyone can
create them.
All you
need is a
account!
Facebook Page
Importance:
1.It shows up
high in search
engine positions.
2. You can
get unlimited
“fans”.
3. Great way to
get new people
to discover
whatever it
is you have
to offer.
Page is almost
like a free and
specialized
social
networking
mailing list
that you can
reach out to
at any time!
How Do I
Find the
Pages Area?
There are two
ways to find
pages area.
1. On your main
wall (main
page, home
page,
landing page)
that looks
like this:

a left side bar
that contains
Pages
And the other
way is:
2. On the upper
most portion
of your
main wall
Look for “Gear”
icon (upper –
right corner)
Press the
icon then you
can find your
Pages.
Create a New
Page
Click on the
gear icon
then click
Create Page

After clicking
it, this portion
will be shown:

best describes
your page.
Indicate your

business name

And lastly
tick the check
box that agrees

or Institution
After clicking
it, this portion
will be shown:

your page.
Indicate your
desired
company name
And lastly
tick the check
box that agrees

or Product
After clicking
it, this portion
will be shown:

best describes
your page.
Indicate your

brand or
product name

your page.

want to create

out the
necessary
details

Click the
“Get Started”
button to
Proceed.

When you click
the textbox,
Facebook will
recommend
a set of
categories.
Description
is also a
requirement.
You can include
the link of
your site
Answer the
remaining
questions
then click
“Save Info”
button to
proceed.
Next procedure
is to ask you
for profile
picture.
In this example,
we will get the
image from
computer.
Choose an
image then
click “Open”
button.
After choosing
image then
click “Next”
button.
You can skip
the next
process.
This is for
creating an Ad
for your page.

then to your
newly created
Page.

You can add
a Facebook
cover page
for better
Page look.
Click “Add
a Cover”
button.
In this example,
we will get the
image from
computer.
Click
“Upload Photo”
Choose an
image then
click “Open”
button.
You have an
option to
reposition
the cover.
If everything
looks good
then click
“Save Changes”
button.
Congratulations!
You’ve just
created
your
Page!
