Problem and Solution

• With high-fidelity prototype

• Easy, moderate and difficult tasks but the success rates were not much different

• General comments:

• Confusing interactions due to the wording

• Menu names are not clear

• Too many clicks required to complete tasks

• Suggested UI changes

• Change button labeling

• Improve date/time pickers

• Unify style/design

• Add button to My Events page to Search

• Improve requirements indicator

• Add volunteers specification

• Add event reminders

• Show comments of other users

Revised Design
