What is Twitter?

Twitter is a free service for friends colleagues, co workers,  life long learners and people wishing to share information with others.

Twitter allows for people to stay connected through an exchange of short 140 character messages called Tweets.

• Never use your important passwords on suspicious third party sites

• Don’t be to specific in your posts about not being home

• Don’t tweet about excessive personal

information

• Never tweet about moving servers or passwords

Always pick a secure password don’t use the same password you would for your banking or pay pal

Think about the username you will use …. It needs to be all one word & only letters, numbers and the underscore _ symbol are able to be used in your username.
