TASK…. Teach your classmates how to conjugate the verb

in all forms in the present and preterit tenses. Don’t use a verb box…use each conjugation in a sentence. Sentences should vary, try to answer: ¿Quién?, ¿Qué?, ¿Cuándo?, ¿Dónde? y ¿Por qué?

RequirementsYour presentation will include a

minimum of 4 slides:

SLIDES #1,2 Teach definition of the word in context.

Underline the conjugation in the sentence in the present tense, and then do same in slide #2 for the preterit.

Using SLIDES #1,2 Teach pronunciation of the verb in all

forms in both the present and preterit tenses

“Repitan por favor…….hablo, hablas…..hablé, hablaste..”

SLIDE #3- For student practice Give one example of the verb in the

present tense in a complete sentence. Be sure to also have the answer come up separately, so that your classmates have the opportunity to figure out the answer.

“Mi hermana __________ por teléfono con sus amigos”

Give a different example of the verb in the preterit tense in a complete sentence. Also, have the answer ready to show your classmates.

“Yo __________ por teléfono ayer por seis horas.”

SLIDE #4 Teach an action to represent the verb Include a visual representation of the

verb. Try to use the clipart picture from your vocabulary packet.
