Experimenting with Blur and Sharpen

Sharpened eyes

A strip of blurring along the eyes (hide identity)

Blur the face but not the hair or background

Going by the 1 in 4 statistic I have blurred one of the four people

I blurred the whole photograph of each one of my models and then

sharpened their eyes similar to how Thomas Ruff uses both the blur and

sharpen tool

Here I just blurred the background including the models hair to make their faces stand out

I changed the previous photograph to grayscale. I find that the grey makes the subjects look more uniformed and the focus changes to their facial expression.
