• Aqua – A water based aerobic workout designed to takethe pressure off the body’s joints and give an all over bodyworkout. Suitable for all ages.

• Boot Camp – Using a mixture of body weight and weightedexercises designed to take you to your limit, in a friendly andenjoyable environment. All abilities welcome.

• Combat – The empowering group fitness cardio workout thatis highly energetic and inspired by martial arts such as karate,boxing and Taekwondo to help you burn through the caloriesand boost your fitness.

• Fit Ball Conditioning – Using a fit ball, we will take youthrough a full body workout hitting every single muscle groupwhilst engaging and stabilising your core.

• Gymstick – An all over workout combining cardiovascularexercise, muscular endurance and flexibility training.All abilities welcome.

• Insanity – A core, cardio and balance class, packed withsports drills to make you move like an athlete. You will pushyourself past your comfort zone and work harder than you’veever worked before to see amazing results!

• Kettlebells – This is a different kind of weight trainingbecause many different parts of the body are being workedsimultaneously. This creates a more effective muscle building,fat burning workout.

• Legs, Bums and Tums – A low impact conditioningclass concentrating on common problem areas.All abilities welcome.

• Pilates – This class is designed to improve core strength,flexibility, agility and economy of motion.

• PiYo – You will be guided through some high intensitysequences and flows to help define every muscle – andleave you feeling energised and empowered.

• Pure Stretch – Improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and get rid of those aches and pains caused through tight muscles.

• Pole Fitness – This is a fantastic way to build strength, developco-ordination and cardiovascular stamina, tone your musclesand burn lots of calories! Run separately from our exerciseclass programme, see notice board for details on how to book.

• Pump – Utilising barbells and weight plates. Pump provides aprogressive, complete body workout to the latest and greatestin chart and club anthems.

• Sencio Cycle – A low impact, motivating and fun class on thebike. A great workout for all fitness levels, burning lots ofcalories. All abilities welcome.

• Sencio Cycle & Core – All the benefits of Sencio Cycling withsome core exercises at the end. All abilities welcome.

• Step & Tone – A high impact aerobics class using the steps togain the most from your workout and help tone the body.

• Yoga – Encourages movement and the flow of blood andoxygen through the body. Balance and awareness arenecessary in order to maintain an active lifestyle.

• DanceFit – Dance to hypnotic musical rhythms and Latinbeats with tantalising moves to create a dynamic workoutsystem designed to be a FUN and EASY TO DO class.

• DanceFit Gold – The lower impact, easy to follow Latininspired dance fitness party that keeps you in the groove oflife.

• 20/20/20 – A class which is split into three different sections toget the most from your workout. Each section ranges from acombination of weights, step, aerobics, yoga-based movesand many more.
