eVoja – customer consultation
Banks are seeking new ways of shaping their tradi-tional client advisory services. Identifying the right solutions is a matter of heated debate, however. Should advisory services be standardised as a pure commodity and shifted online? eVoja – a portmanteau of eBusiness and Neuvoja (Finnish for consultation) – represents a holistic consultation experience that takes into account the existing branch structure of your bank. It is not about revolution but about evolution, or quite simply eVoja.
Five functional modules for residential customerseVoja offers five interconnected functional modules. Each eVoja module was developed in line with the motto “reduce to the max”. eVoja’s integrated approach gives you the hugely important capacity to make changes at any time during meetings with clients and demonstrate their impact via simple and convincing graphical simulations, across all areas and from the client’s perspective. Today more and more a “must” to win over “digital natives” (Facebook genera-tion) – but increasingly not only these.
Omni-channelThe bank decides how each channel is to be struc-tured – eVoja manages the different views and ensures that the configured functions are available in each channel.
eVoja is available both browser-based via PC at the bank workplace and as an online or offline app via a tablet computer (e.g. iPad).
Direct access by the bank customer is also possible. This means that a customer can carry out the first calculations online. Automatic synchronisations ensure data integrity. This kind of customer integra-tion saves time and enables the bank to prepare more effectively for the customer conversation.
Integrated document managementeVoja supports you and your customer consultants in bringing your bank’s consultation documents onto a tablet. Furthermore, eVoja offers a signing function which can be used for signing directly on the iPad. Forms, questionnaires and individual customer outputs dynamically created using eVoja are auto-matically filed in the bank’s central archive.
