STEP 1, TRACK TYPE: -
Check track colour.

STEP 2, TRACK SIZE: -
Cut Track to specified size.
STEP 3, CORD LENGTH: -
Check overall cord length including drop and cut.

STEP 4, CORD SIDE: -
Corded right side, Corded left side, Corded both.

STEP 5, CARRIER TYPE: -
Check carrier type and feed in to the track as below, if the carriers are wave, flex or fold they must
be an even number.

STEP 7, ENDCAP TYPE: - Long end pulley for pairs of curtain, long and short pulley for single stack
curtain which the long pulley on the corded side.

SIDE OF THE TRACK: - Once all components have been picked feed the cord through the cord holes is
the cord pulley (see image 1), then feed the cord in to the track ensuring it is in the cord channels
correctly (see image 2) and pull all the way to the other side of the track, once the cord is completely in
the track apply the double cord connector to the string furthest away from you and do not fasten (see
image 3)

Then feed cord connector in to the butt up and feed in to the track ensure the cord connector enters the
cord channel (see image 4, 5)

Once the butt up is in the track then feed on the carriers, leave one extra carrier on and push on
endcap leaving the extra carrier trapped (see image 8). Then cut off the excess string (see image 9)

Then go to the opposite side of the track and apply a cord connector to the bottom corded and crew
this down in to place, leave one half of the cord free (see image 9), then set cord length on the tape
measure. To do this line the cord size on the tape measure and line this up with the end of the cord
connector (see image 10) then line the loop of the cord with the end of the tape measure, then cut the
cord at the start of the cord connector. Once cut burn the end of the cord with a lighter and press
together to stop it fraying, be careful not to burn yourself.

Then feed the cord trough the right hand pulley (see image 11), then add the cord to the cord connector
and screw down (see image 13)

Feed the cord connector in to the butt up (see image 14), then push the butt up in to the track and add
first carrier to the back of the butt up (see image 15) then feed all the carriers in to the track (see
image 16)

Feed the endcap on to the track (see image 17) and trap the carrier string with the endcap and screw
down. Then screw down the left hand pulley (see image 19)

TRACK ASSEMBLEY SINGLE STACK OR DUAL: - Once all components have been picked feed the cord
through the cord holes is the cord pulley (see image 1), then feed the cord in to the track ensuring it is in
the cord channels correctly (see image 2) and pull all the way to the other side of the track, once the
cord is completely in the track add the end cap (see image 3), then turn the track over and screw the
endcap in place (see image 4)

length.
