The ComGap 2014 study, sponsored by Ketchum and organized by the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUREPRA), looks at how the public and communications professionals interpret leadership across 10 European countries. A comparison reveals that there is consensus on many core issues, with some differences or gaps – a better understanding of which can help position leaders more effectively.
