Result Analysis
This survey was designed to Measure Soft Outcomes in the following ‘Core’ soft
outcomes areas: key work skills, attitudinal skill, personal skills, and practical skills,
which was selected as key indicators to be used to track the overriding objectives for
the C1 training in UK, which was to use the Martial Arts as a tool for Self Discovery,
Self Analysis and Self Mastery.
The expected impact of this Self Mastery training was that Participants would
develop their self leadership, interpersonal traits and team working competencies, as
well as behavioural traits that will empower and encourage them to face the future
with a Confident Hope and Boldness.
The survey questions elicits responses for attitudinal skills and behavioural traits in
transformational leadership principles which serves as a good bench mark for self
mastery; the diagrammatic representation of the percentile of participants response
shows and evidences that ethos of the overriding objectives had been achieved.

This survey was designed to Measure Soft Outcomes in the following ‘Core’ soft
outcomes areas: key work skills, attitudinal skill, personal skills, and practical skills,
which was selected as key indicators to be used to track the overriding objectives for
the C1 training in UK, which was to use the Martial Arts as a tool for Self Discovery,
Self Analysis and Self Mastery and C2 training in Istanbul, which was on
Employability ‘Soft’ Skills [Employability in a Digital Reality].
The expected impact of both trainings was that Participants would develop their self
leadership, interpersonal traits and team working competencies, behavioural traits,
as well as their Employability ‘Soft’ Skills (the focus here was mainly an Online
professional and personal presence)that will empower and encourage them to face
the future with a Confident Hope and Boldness.

This survey was designed to Measure Soft Outcomes in the following ‘Core’ soft
outcomes areas: key work skills, attitudinal skill, personal skills, and practical skills,
which was selected as key indicators to be used to track the overriding objectives for
the C3 training in the Czech Republic, which was to create an awareness within the
participants for social enterprise.
The expected impact of the training was that Participants would develop the
competencies for idea generation, planning and funding acquisition for starting a
social enterprise.
The survey questions elicits responses for attitudinal skills and behavioural traits for
entrepreneurship as well as key work and practical skills for enterprise these seemed
to serve as a good bench mark for assessing level of awareness in this area; the
diagrammatic representation of the percentile of participants response shows and
evidences that ethos of the overriding objectives had been achieved.
