The application works with 3 periods for:

1. Registration:

• Staff may register and edit their application.

• Documents to be uploaded:

• INVITATION LETTER

• CV

• MOBILITY AGREEMENT

2. Pre-selection:

• Institutional coordinators may pre-select their staff

3. Selection:

• Home Coordinator (USC) may confirm the staff pre-selected
