Enrolling AutoShip VIP CustomersHow-To Guide

To set up “VIP customers” on AutoShip, go to www.stemtech.comSelect your country to be taken to the Home Screen.Hover over the Shop tab on and then select and click on Shop Retail

Next, click on Set up Retail AutoShip

Under New Customers, click on Continue to start the process

If you know the enroller’s ID number, select the “I was referred by a Distributor” button, enter the number in the blank field, and then click Continue.

If you don’t know the enroller’s ID number, select the “I was referred by a Distributor, but I don’t remember the ID radio” button, then click continue

You may then do a search by entering all applicable information about your enroller and it will give you a list of all who fit the criteria. Select the name of the person who referred you, then click, Continue If you are still unable to find them in the system, you can either 1)Contact them and obtain their ID number or 2)Call or email our Corporate offices

The next screen is where you enter your personal information and create a username and password. Required fields will be designated by an *asterisk

Select the quantity of SE2 that you’d like to designate for AutoShip. The price should default to $47.95 per bottle

Scroll down and select the Continue button

Next, select date you would like for delivery to begin. Click in the blank field, Begin Delivery On and the calendar will drop down. Click the date and the field will auto populate based on your selection. To advance the calendar by month, click on the right arrow next to the month and year

The Shipping and Billing addresses will default to the address that was used to sign up. If you need to change one or both, click on the Enter a new address button and the system will prompt you to enter a different address. Next, complete the Payment Method info, select the box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, then click Continue

Next, you will be taken to the Review Order Screen. If everything looks correct, select the preferred shipping method, then click Process Order. If you have changes to your order, select Edit Items and make the necessary changes to your cart.

Once you have confirmed and submitted your AutoShip order, you will receive a message that your order has been saved successfully.CONGRATULATIONS! You have completed the sign up process!

Managing your AutoShip Account from the BackOffice

Click on Back Office Login

Enter your username and password (created during sign up) and click Login. The next screen will be the portal where you can update your address, orders, etc.
