My project was about developing and implementing new software that assist the learners to learn and master English letters in perfect way.
It will include multi elements: pictures, sound, videos, animations, text, game, quiz.

Prior knowledge: poor or no knowledge about English letters+ little experience in computer to open the program
Learner needs: need to master English letters to build their Language based in it.

Expectations: they will be able say, write and read each letter.

because it comprises face to face environment and some digital elements.

Technical resources: lCD+ computers, operating system, headphone.

Cost:This project will cost almost 6000 R.O. Technical
resources will cost 4000 and 2000 for other resources.
Time:This project will require one course to develop it
and another course to implement it. That mean learner will master software content in one course only.

After implementing this project we should assess four parts:
Learner: What are the benefit he/she gain from this project?
Instructor: Does he/she efficient in delivering software’s contents?
Environment: Is it the best one for applying the project?
Software: strength and weakness.
