Background Tour

Purpose/Background

• Show CURRENT # tickets for each engineer• Designed for display on LCD display on the

wall in the engineering area

• Drill-down into each tickets for this engineer– Click engineer name for all tickets– Click # tickets for category to see THOSE tickets

Notes and Notices

• Ticket counts are shown as of CURRENT time and include tickets that were still in-progress as of midnight last night.

• Dashboard update frequency is denoted on the top of the dashboard panel next to “last update”.

Where to Find the ReportDashboards > Eng_Dashboard

First Time: Select “Tickets By Engineer”

Click “Add Now” for Tickets by Engineer

“Parameters” lets you select what engineers to display

Click Engineer name to see all their tickets

Click # to see all tickets in that category for that

engineer
