The size of male is 90 cm. The size of female is 122 cm.

While the forward part of the angel sharks body is flattened like a board, and it’s skin is tough but slippery.

• African Angel shark has sharp teeth and its body is like sand so the other sharks won’t eat him.

Where does it lives?

It lives in the African Ocean floors of depths from 10 to 4,300 feet.

Because they have gills to breathe in the water so they need to live in the ocean.

There’re home is in the Ocean. The African angel shark buries itself into the sand and mud at the bottom of the ocean floor, with only its eyes poking out.
