Tender Markets is an Electronic Tender Management Solution for Public Sector Units (PSUs) and Government Departments. It provides an electronic marketplace for procurement of goods and services. Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) is uploaded on the site. Suppliers can download the NIT and as per the information contained therein, bid for the tender. The system supports multiple envelope bidding system i.e. separate envelopes for technical and commercial bids. Buyers can store bid documents as templates to help them prepare bids in the future.
