What did the Einsatzgruppen do?• The Einsatzgruppen mercilessly slaughtered many people,

mostly Jews. They shot them then burned or buried them, usually in mass graves if buried. They were split into three groups, Einsatzgruppen A, Einsatzgruppen B and Einsatzgruppen C.
