Family Fun Fridays with Yoga in English

Come and learn english while enjoying time with your family.

Baby Yoga helps with the rapid developmental stages between 6

months and 2 years. Learn poses for their changing world.

Family Yoga is a wonderful way to enjoy fun imaginative

adventures while learning poses that help us connect in play with

our children. Bring yourself and your childlike wonder of

learning. (2-8 years.) Dress comfortably, yoga mats provided.
