Baseline designs have been a very useful briefing tool

Handy for quick feasibility studies Bids received that are similar but not the same We’re looking forward to seeing more responses to

the new Output Specification Publishing some further designs today

Latest designs Same area, same budget Simple orthogonal plans Same performance requirements Daylight into circulation areas and rear of

classrooms Fan assisted cross ventilation in classrooms Traditional type education approach but scope

to move partitions if other layouts required Different sized schools
