EASA requirements forcrew resource management trainers:

Complete an operators initial CRM course

CRM Trainers are required to:

Complete 30 training hours of CRM trainer training the GAT CRM Trainers Course fulfils

this requirement.

CRM Trainers are required to:

Have adequate knowledge of human performance and limitations by: having obtained a CPL/ATPL with HPL

theory, or having followed a theoretical HPL course

covering the whole HPL syllabus the GAT CRM-HPL course fulfils this

requirement.

CRM Trainers are required to:

A CRM trainer should be assessed by a CRM trainer examiner (CRMTE), when conducting their first CRM training course.

GAT provides CRMTE services for UK and international airlines.

CRM trainer assessment

A CRMT assessment is valid for 3 years The trainer must conduct 2 courses each

year Every 3 years the trainer must complete a

6 hour trainer refresher course The GAT CRMT refresher course fulfils this

requirement.
