The Program – Week 1

Initial contact with students

Week Zero orientation

Identify & troubleshoot tech problems

Contact students from previous quarter re: feedback

Week 2 – follow up on Week 1 Confirm

completion of Week Zero

Confirm tech problems resolved

Remind about expectations for start of quarter

Week 3 – Starting Class

Run reports & follow up on absentees

Assist with problems

Recommend alternatives if struggling

Week 4 – Wrap Up

Final contact with students

Direct to campus resources if needed

Observations

Technology not the problem

Combo of email and telephone works fine

More need than supply Web enhanced students
