• SACY designates ATI as the lead agency for the provision of e-extension services for agriculture and fisheries in collaboration with agencies, bureaus and organizational units of the Department of Agriculture. This is to integrate and harmonize ICT-based extension delivery system for agriculture and fisheries

Why e-Learning?• 1. Reduced cost on the part of the e- learner.  e-learning simply delivers more training to more people with less money  expenses.

• 2. Reduced learning time because while enrolled in e-learning,  action or application can be done right away.

• 3. Increased learning retention.

• 4. Self-paced. e-learning is available 24/7.

• 5. Just in-time content- e-Learning material can be updated.

• 6. Consistency. Distributing content centrally means that the same quality information can be delivered in the same way to train all at the same time.
