DXC India is the company’s largest Global Delivery Center; and holds the gold standard for process maturity and quality. The Center supports ~1100 global customers with the help of highly talented people, equipped to deliver the entire portfolio of DXC’s service offerings. A comprehensive hub for technical expertise, innovation and best-in-class customer delivery, DXC India is key to leveraging the next level market opportunities.
DTCs are places for digital innovation, discovery, development and delivery, in collaboration with customers. The DTC situated in Bengaluru, India, is the largest in the company, and a hotbed of talent, ideas and research; providing emerging technologies like industrialized AI, microservices and augmented search.
India has several dedicated Customer Centers for key accounts such as American Airlines, BMW, Ahold, Avon, Intermountain, FedEx and many more. These centers are designed and adorned with the customers’ branding to increase customer centricity and enable higher engagement with their company’s culture. DXC India hosts ~300 customer visits annually.
DXC has a presence in most of the major cities in India and operates from 25 sites across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata, Mumbai, Indore, Pune, Shivamogga and Solan. The main facility in Bengaluru is a self-contained, state-of-the-art 25-acre campus, hosting many customer centers and equipped to handle multiple client visits.
