1st step• Log in your employee account• Then Go to Search Candidates Advance Search

2nd Step

• Now input the required information in advance search.

• E.g. An employee is looking for candidates of accountant profile.

• Look at image in next slide, what all information can be helpful to find such candidates.

What do Number Say• At Least one of the keyword will include all the skills

profile we want in a candidate.

• All of the keyword will include only one such word that is the most essential, we want in a candidate’s resume.

• None of the keyword will include such word that we don’t want in candidate’s resume.

More About Numbers..

• Search Keywords will search the keywords from the given option that you select, which specify from which part of resume you want mentioned words to be.

• E.g. You want mentioned keywords to be present in the which part of candidate’s resume, – Whole Resume, – In Resume Title and Key skills both– Only in Resume title– From Key Skills

The Result of Search(Step 3)• Change no. of resumes per page to 100.• Then mark on tick mark icon, i.e. select all resume.

Step 4• Then Click on shortlist the selected resume.

Note: You Can Shortlist Maximum only 200 candidate at one time.

Step 5• Then select the folder or create a new folder.

Short listing Done

• Resumes are successfully shortlisted and saved.

Step 6• Now go to collaborate My folders.• Then select the folder, you saved the shortlisted

candidates in.

Step 7• Click on excel download to download the shortlisted

data.

Step 8• Select the range and click on download.

So, now you need to extract the file to excel sheet and there you will find your downloaded data.
