The property is located on the South border of Graca, a village 45 km away from

Bucharest, a only 4 from the Danube River.

Seniors Domain is a resort concept stretching over an area of 300,000 sq m of

natural terraces, out of which the construction area will only total 2 hectares, the

remaining area being designed for outdoor activities like golf, hunting, fishing or

sightseeing tours.

The project is planned to be developed in two stages:

- the first stage will include the leisure resort, and

- the residential area, which will consists of 65 houses, to be implemented at a

later stage.

The leisure resort will include a mansion, a bungalow complex, club and

restaurant, lounge and a dance area, a running track, tennis, volleyball, football

and golf court, a pool with three different types of pool and outside jacuzzi,

relaxation area and children playgrounds. The estate provides sailing, hunting,

fishing and sightseeing tours facilities.

Offering 15 rooms and one apartment, all designed to be comfortable, intimate and

luxurious, a 102 seats restaurant and 120 seats terrace, a contemporary wine bar, with

fantastic and unique wine displays, the mansion, with its wide terrace, is the heart of the

estate.

providing the ideal place to enjoy the achievements of an exciting day spent on

the site.

The residential area is thought to allow adventure and sports fans to be as

close as possible to their preferred place on earth.

The resort will provide 2 pools, suitable for all kind of swimmers, from

beginners to advanced.

The Danube River is only 4 km away from the Seniors Domain, the connection

road being privately owned by the developers. The project includes a wharf

located by the river which will be the perfect place to start a sailing trip on the

Danube channels.

2 Tennis court offer a perfect place for competitions and leisure.

Two hunting areas, Prundu and Sitaru, totaling more than 23,000 hectares, are

located in the near vicinity of the Domain.

The three lakes located nearby the estate are known to host national fishing

contests and allow both nocturne and daytime fishing. The channels of the Danube

also provide a great combination of sailing and fishing.

Other facilities will include riding areas with properly arranged stables and ATV

renting center.
