Dog and Pony Lean-Apparent Lean Implementation that is far more show that dough. It is the area that looks fantastic but functions no better. It is the surface level implementation that
did not involve the people actually doing the work. It is dangerous because it looks like Lean without
fundamentals and sticking power.
