Aluminium alloy vacuum bedThe X7 flatbed cutter is designed with an advanced conveyor system to achieve continuousautomatic material feeding. It is fitted with a high-strength honeycomb aluminum vacuum tabletop with six independent vacuum zones. It is supplied and fitted with a cut- resistant 4mm thick felt of good permeability and wear resistance. The machine utilises a strong power vacuum pump to ensure good hold down of media during processing.
Tabletop height compensation functionThe flatness of the tabletop is mapped and stored in the operating software to ensure even cutting during operations.
Fibre laser tool height detector Works with knife tools only for height calibration.
Safety anti-collision mechanism The TPS X series digital cutting machines are equipped with a safety light curtain sensor and a mechanical anti-collision mechanism.
Automatic edge-finding and positioning function The CCD camera captures the identifying registration marks and the contour cutting operation is optimised according to the input file. This achieves an accurate cutting result.

Laser mapping positioning functionThe laser mapping and positioning function can be used to map various shapes of the material. The user can place the patterns to be processed into the mapping range for precise cutting, which greatly improves the utilisation of the material.
Vision Positioning SystemFlexible material to be cut may be deformed by factors such as temperature, humidity, ink, pressure, stretching and wrinkles, etc. Because of this the original document outline cannot be used to accurately cut the actual pattern. To overcome this, we use the function of the high-precision camera’s real-time capture and contour extraction for precise nesting. This function is used in the garment and apparel industries.
Projection Positioning SystemIn the actual cutting process, it can be difficult for users to accurately align the material with the cutting pattern. This system can project the cutting pattern on the processing table with a 1:1. The user can also place irregular material into the projection area for the alignment cutting. This improves the utilisation of the material.
File Management SystemTPS CAM software can manage the processed documents including file name, processing time, quantity, materials, batches, etc, and generate barcodes or QR codes. These can be quickly called out by scanning the code. This simplifies for future re-processing. The management of historic processed documents greatly facilites users for operation.

Digital Cutting Machine S2The S2 flatbed cutter uses an integrated sheet feeder for improved efficiency and atomisation. The integrated automatic feeder used a vacuum sucker and lifting type feeding system.
The system can be supplied with a through cut knife, kiss-cut knife, crease tool and electric oscillating knife. The software is easy to handle with an interface using a one-key operation. Click the start button to begin processing, high technical expertise is not required to operate the system. It is perfect for proofing and small batch personalised digital die-cutting processing in advertising signs, printing and the packaging industry.
• 1. Cutting head1.1 Pneumatic creasing tool using pressure up to 0.4Mpa. Creasing effect is clear and it is easy to fold. Cardboard of more than 400GSM can be processed.
1.2 It is equipped with two sets of plotting cutting tools. Users can set different processing pressure and knife depth respectively.
1.3 The edge-finding and positioning system is installed with LED lighting device to ensure that the HD CCD camera can accurately read registration marks on material under insufficient light conditions.
• 2. Automatic feeder The sheets to be fed are separated by a blowing device, each sheet is then conveyed onto the processing table where it is taken into the correct area for processing.
• 3. Cutting table 3.1 The aluminium vacuum table achieves strong suction to ensure precision cutting. The cut material and waste is delivered automatically via a conveyor belt into the collection tray.
