History

• Founded in Ahlden/Germany in 1948 (dealing in spare parts for agricultural machinery and vehicles).

• In 1953 we moved to Beetenbrück and we started the production of tractor canopies.

• In the mid-seventies we began the manufacturing of cabins for municipal vehicles and small tractors.

• 1986 = foundation of the DIETEG Gerätebau GmbH by the current owner Gerd Volbers (production of cabins for industrial and agricultural vehicles)

Development, engineering & design

• Preparation of 3D studies • Completely three-dimensional design using INVENTOR• Design data interchange in the following formats: DWG; DXF; IGES or STEP• Spare parts documentation• Mounting instructions • Noise measuring records

Prototypes & test certificates

• Prototype construction during the development phase

• Production of sound-absorbing retrofit kits

• ROPS & FOPS tests and OECD approval inspection by the DLG Testing Facility in Gross-Umstadt

Production (sheet steel)

• CNC-controlled laser cutting machine, changeover table for large size sheets of 1.5 x 3.0 meters, 12mm/25mm thickness

Production (sheet steel)

• Segment press brakes, bulk CNC-controlled

Production (tabular steel)

• Tube cutting from standard and special sections

• CNC-controlled 3R section bending machines

Welding

• Production of all assembly groups on specially constructed welding devices

• This ensures high productivity plus consistent quality.

Pre-treatment & painting

• Degreasing and iron-phosphating facility

• The cabins are painted in a powder coating facility

• Additional liquid painting facility for special purposes

Quality Management

• Supported by DIN EN ISO 9001 certification since 14th June 1996

• Constant internal quality control by trained quality officers
