I) People with good work habits tend to be more successful in their careers

than poorly organized individuals.

And they have more time to spend on personal life.

PROCRASTINATION:IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF POOR PRODUCTIVITY AND CAREER SABOTAGE

Awareness of procrastination can lead to

its control.

What would you want to accomplish in life? Is it helping others?

Making new discoveries?

Building the most modern buildings?

Or baking the most beautiful cake?

2) Develop goals. Plan and write down how to reach them

Short Term Goals:Examples: a) Learn a foreign language this year

b) Improve my writing, reading, speaking and listening skills in English

Long –Term Goals: Example:a) I will have my own car at the age of 25.

b) I’ll have 500,000 baht in the bank at the age of 35

c) I’ll have my own house by the age of 40

3) Develop a Strong Work Ethic Work ethic is a set

of values based on hard work and diligence. It is also a belief in the moral benefit of work and its ability to enhance character.

The alarm clock should be your boss

How To Stop Wasting Time

1) Avoid Daydreaming

2) Prepare a Schedule of Your Activities

3) Don’t be a goof –off

Goofing off is a slang term  for engaging in recreation or an idle pastime while obligations of work or society are neglected.

4) Don’t be a cyberloafer

Cyberloafing is a term used to describe the actions of employees who use their Internet access at work for personal use while pretending to do legitimate work. 

5) Have an organized record of important names, places, bus numbers, phone

numbers, addresses,etc.

6) Set a time limit for finishing tasks and projects
