Diet

The small kit fox eats birds, lizards, fish, jackrabbits.

Predators

Their predators eagles, man, and coyotes. Their fur changes color with the seasons.

Description

The small kit fox is 3-5 pounds. It is 30 inches long. It is light brown.

We know what their front and hind paws look like. They have fur covered toes to keep their toes cool.

Diet

The fennec fox is an omnivore. It eats meats, plants (like fruits and berries) and small animals.

Predators

Their predators are vultures, hyenas, and jackals. A fennec fox hides in burrows to escape predators.

Description

The body length is 14-16 inches. It has a sandy coat.

Cool Facts

The fennec fox is completely independent of the need to drink. It is the smallest fox and it has the largest ears.
