¨ Login to sail.tamucc.edu to update your information, register for classes, check your financial aid status and more!

¨ Apply for campus housing at: housing.tamucc.edu

¨ Submit testing scores and exemptions to meet Texas Success Initiative requirements to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions.

¨ Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to review degree requirements and course recommendations before registration begins.

Other things to keep in mind when you apply:• If you have more than 24 credit hours, you cannot disregard

your college record and apply for admission as a freshman. • You cannot transfer any remedial or duplicate college

credits.• Repeated courses are calculated within the GPA according

to the standards and rules of the granting institution.• A&M-Corpus Christi requires its students to have six credit

hours in one foreign language or American Sign Language (ASL) in order to graduate.

Note: This requirement may be fulfilled with two credits in one foreign language or ASL from high school. If you met this requirement in high school, you must submit an official high school transcript to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions.

Getting In - Transfer Students

Have Military Credit?Some of the courses you took while serving in the military may be applicable to certain degree plans. Submit official military transcripts when you apply to have your records reviewed. Learn how to obtain your military transcript by contacting the Office of Veterans Affairs at 361.825.2331.

For Transferring Freshmen (1-23 Transfer Hours)You will apply for admission as a transferring freshman if you: • Have enrolled at another institution after graduating

from high school or earning a GED, and• Have or will have earned 1-23 transferable college

credit hours at the time of your intended transfer.• Applicants must meet Freshmen

Regular Transfer AdmissionObtaining automatic admission to the University holds no extra conditions for applicants, though additional requirements may exist for those pursuing certain degree programs (e.g., Nursing)

Priority Application DatesYour application, application fee, transcripts, test scores, and all documentation must be received by the Office of Recruitment & Admissions by:
