Before frame – Patient complained about lower teeth that are infectedand unaesthetic. After frame – All the lower teeth have been replaced by a prosthesis

that is screwed down to dental implants and does not come out.

Before frame – Patient complained about fractured, decayed andmissing teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. After frame – The upper teeth have been restored with crowns and

bridges. The lower teeth have been restored with a fixed denturesupported by dental implants.

Before frame – Patient complained about fractured posterior on oneside of the mouth and short and worn teeth on the other side. After frame – All the lower teeth have been replaced by a prosthesis

After frame – All Teeth replaced with dental implant supported prosthetics.The mandibular teeth are replaced with a fixed prosthesis screwed to 4 dentalimplants. The upper teeth replaced with a removable denture supported by 4implants.

Upper teeth replaced with an overdenture supported by 4 dental implants Note that the palate has been reduced to a “U” shaped design with metal. The patient comments favorably based on the reduction in bulk and increased

room for his tongue, improved aesthetics & speech.

Lower teeth replaced with a fixed prosthesis screwed to 4 dentalimplants. The fixed prosthesis combines a Zirconia framework with allceramic crowns replacing the teeth and pink ceramics replacing thegum tissue. Note screw access holes will be filled in on insertion.

Before frame – Patient presents as a 60 year old male with an existing upperdenture. The patient complains about the appearance of the denture and thatit falls out constantly.

After frame – New upper denture inserted that is supported by 2 dentalimplants.

The patient also complains about the remaining lower teeth. The patient ismissing one front lower tooth and all the posterior lower teeth.

In the after frame, the lower teeth have been extracted and replaced with afixed screw in type of prosthesis.
