Degree Audit Report (DARS)

ASU 101

Fall 2008

Degree Audit Report(DARS)

1. What is it?A report that matches your registered courses at ASU and

completed courses (ASU+transfer) against your major’s graduation requirements.

2. How is it different than an unofficial transcript?

The transcript shows your completed ASU courses in chronological order by semester.

Why is it important to you?• It shows you how your completed and registered

courses at ASU apply to your graduation requirements.

• It outlines what the major requirements are.• It can be used to see how your courses plug into

a different major’s graduation requirements.• It helps you keep track of your progress for timely

graduation.

How can I use it?

• It can assist you in planning your remaining courses for graduation.

• It can assist you in preparing for your meeting with your Academic Advisor.

• It does NOT replace meeting with your Advisor, but can make the meeting more productive.
