appear and defend by July 7, 2014. See Exhibit A, which is a true and correct copy of the

declaration of service upon JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. via registered process server.

4. On May 13, 2014, Defendant QUALITY LOAN SERVICE CORPORATION OF

WASHINGTON was served with a summons and complaint for the above-described cause of

action, QUALITY LOAN SERVICE CORPORATION OF WASHINGTON to appear and defend

by June 2, 2014. See Exhibit B, which is a true and correct copy of the declaration of service upon

QUALITY LOAN SERVICE CORPORATION OF WASHINGTON via registered process server.

5. On, May 13, 2014, Defendant FIRST AMERICAN TITLE was served with a summons and

complaint for the above-described cause of action, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE to appear and

defend by June 2, 2014. See Exhibit C, which is a true and correct copy of the declaration of

service upon FIRST AMERICAN TITLE via registered process server.

6. Attached as Exhibit D are true and correct copies of the Summonses and Complaint.

7. Defendants JP Morgan Chase and QLS of Washington appeared but did not defend or respond

by the date indicated in the Summonses and are now in default.

8. Defendant First American Title did not appear, defend or respond by the date indicated in the

Summons and is now in default.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge

and belief.
