CODBALLS
INGREDIENTS¼ k cod 200gr of olive oil
crumb 3 eggs
1 glass of white wine
cinnamon
15 almonds
3 cloves of garlic/pine nuts
2 bay leaves
a tbsp of flour
saffron
parsley
100ml of milk
pepper
PREPARATION
FIRSTWe boil the cod with parsley.
SECONDMix the cod, bread crumb, the flour, the eggs, pepper, parsley, pine nut, cinnamon
and dough.
THIRDDough and make balls.
FOURTHFry the balls.
FIFTHIn a pot, we add water, garlic,
saffron, almonds and wine.
SIXTHBoil for 15 minutes and add
the codballs.
