An eBookbox is a Learning Sequence

Differentiation:

Sequence of online and offline learning activities, some of which are assessed against VELS

Different cohorts of students can be given different eBookboxes

Why & how would I use an eBookbox to plan my teaching

In one class you might have 4 groups of students, each group working through a different level eBookbox

• The Design Space supports the teacher in the use of the eBookbox • Key components of eBookboxes eg. Teacher Guidance tab

• learning goals, prior learning, further learning, links to VELS• pre and post diagnostic tests-solutions• Common misunderstandings and teaching strategies• activity sets (preview carousel), focus questions (learning intention)

• Difference between standard and elaborated eBookboxes
