Our Role:- Educate them on professional etiquette.- Help to redefine their stories/identity.- Play the mentor role!

How?- In their space.- Understand why they are there.- Understand how they are using these channels.- Have an authentic voice!- Have a strategy!- Be open to change.- Content-driven, demonstrate values.
