• Made only for QB, which is what we need

• Offers one free hour of customization

• Customer Portal very easy to use

Cons• Most things have to be

customized by Method developers

• Limited to the things we could do with Method

• $125 per hour of customization would need 3 hours of customizing

Pros• 3rd most popular CRM out there

• Able to put web forms onto website linked to CRM

• Very easy to set rules for alarms for the leads or for CC when they change order frequency

• Great workflow automation

Cons

• Doesn’t have the ability to send quotes with volume discounts, images, specs, etc.

• Invoices, packing lists, BOL, etc. cannot be sent from the CRM and linked with QB

ZoHo

Pros & Cons

Pros• 2nd most popular CRM system

behind SalesForce

• Can have images and standardized quote sheets used on the CRM

• Able to tie in Accounts Receivable

• Invoices, packing lists, BOL, etc. can be sent from the CRM and linked with QB

Cons

• More expensive than the other CRMs

• Mobile App only comes with $60 per user per month subscription

Pros & Cons

Pros

• Completely web-based meaning you can log on anywhere and see all the information about a client at any time

• All app downloads to customize your Intuit – meaning no coding

Cons• Not built to be a CRM: has

the capabilty to do become a CRM, it all depends on the apps you download

• Hard to tell what exactly it can do until we spend time to build the apps for our business
