Diamond Database

• Benefits of the database:– Facilitates data entry.– All the data can be kept in the same

program.– Easy access to the data.

• Database designed in: FileMaker Pro

• In order to customize a database for CAR, the following information would be needed:

– Forms used to collect data on diamonds.– An example of the spreadsheets (.xls) used

to gather the data collected in the Forms that are related to miners, exporters etc.

– Flow Chart or graph with explanation of the process from mining extraction exportation of diamond.
