Do you prefer the traditional painted weatherboards, or would you rather give your home some extra class and refinement by using a range of architectural panels?
DECKS & VERANDAS

Your outdoor area could be a cosy, wrap–around verandah for the family, a huge open deck to fit a crowd, or somewhere just big enough to sit and watch the world go by. A Tasbuilt deck is solidly constructed, and all exposed timbers are painted or stained. A variety of balustrade options are available to complement the style of your home.

The roofline sets the character of your home. A traditional Dutch gable, a smart and stylish hip roof or even a modern skillion or curved look, the design is yours. For added character to your home, a steeper (24o) roof pitch may be what you’re looking for.

Building a new home can be a rewarding and gratifying experience for you. In six simple steps we can have your new home built and placed on your land, ready for you to move in.
1DESIGNINGYOUR HOME
Start by working with our experienced consultants to design your new home. We offer a free onsite consultation service to assist you with this stage. From the preliminary sketches to our cutting edge 3D drawing technology, we will work with you to develop a home that reflects your own lifestyle and location. You can start with one of our favourite floor plans, or develop your own entirely customised design.
Once the design is complete we will prepare a detailed, fixed price proposal including a full list of inclusions, plans and elevations, and a breakdown of the costs. From this we can make any final changes and ensure your home meets all your requirements.
2THE STARTERPACKAGE
After we have finalised the design and proposal stage, we are ready to move on to the starter package. This involves your selected design being professionally drafted in preparation for council submission. This is a good time to finalise finance details if required.
The starter payment is obligation free and is deducted off your first deposit. More information on the starter package is included in the detailed proposal provided in step 1.
3COUNCILAPPLICATION
When the plans are completed, the building agreement signed and the deposit paid, we will apply to your local council for the relevant approvals. This is all part of the comprehensive service we offer. All we ask is for you to sign a form authorising Tasbuilt to act on your behalf, then we take care of the entire process. This includes soil tests, engineering reports, bush fire reports, waste water system design, building surveying and planning and building applications. Throughout the process we will provide regular updates on the progress of your application.

4COLOUR & DECORSELECTION
Enjoy creating your own unique style as you select everything from the exterior finishes through to the type of tapware in your bathroom. Don’t worry if you think this sounds daunting, we have experienced design consultants who will work with you to achieve the look you want to create. This stage includes designing your kitchen, selecting tiles and floor coverings, choosing your bathroom fixtures and of course finding the perfect paint colours to complete your home.
Your selections are recorded on a detailed checklist. Our standard allowance will cover most selections, but should you request something outside the allowance, we will advise you immediately of any extra cost.
5PRE-BUILDINGYOUR HOME
Watch your dream become a reality!
Your home will be pre-built in our purpose-designed production facility. This means you have peace of mind that your home is secured, protected and kept in a controlled environment while the construction takes place. You are welcome to visit at any time, and one of our staff will send photos and updates throughout the construction process so you can track the progress of your new home.
COMPLETION& HANDOVER
Once the prebuilding process is complete, our professional team will position the home on your property. Here the verandahs and other finishing details are added. The home is painted and the floor coverings installed and the services are connected. The home is cleaned for your convenience.
At handover, we will meet you at your home to show you through and explain the different features of your home. We then handover the keys and your certificate of ownership.
