What Should I Do Next?
Attach your bike number to the front of
your bike so that the bike lap counters can
clearly see it as you ride round the bike
course.
You must wear a race number on your
back during the bike ride and a number
on your front for the run, so attach these
to your top or race belt if you are using
one.
Put your timing chip on your left ankle
ready for the start.
You will not be able to go into the Transi-
tion Area until after the senior race has fin-
ished at 12:40.

The swim starter will explain how the
swim will work. Be on poolside 15mins
before your swim start time, but do not
get into the pool until told to do so.
Please wear the swim cap that you
received in your race pack. This will help
the lap counter to identify you and count
your laps accurately.
Make sure you are wearing your timing
chip during your swim
If you wear glasses, these can be safely
left with your lane counter while you
swim.
Each age group does a different number
of lengths and we will count these for you
and tell you when you have finished your
swim.
When you finish your swim, climb out of
the pool and walk to the Fire Door exit at
the end of the pool.
Please don’t run until outside the
pool building
Cross the road and follow the footpath to
